The 3-judge panel will likely decide with 10 days whether Hillary joins her husband as a defendant. If Kendall loses, he may be able to get a short delay by trying to go to the California Supreme Court. That court had already turned down the appeal of the impeached former president.

When this appellate matter and status of Hillary is determined, discovery can begin. The trial judge has said that she will be under oath.
