Three months to take over one refugee camp? It’s a quagmire.
First we need some work on our conjugation of English verbs. "Now" and "fell" do not match. Fell is in the the past tense, so it is obviously not occurring now. "Now has fallen" would be the way we say this in English. More preferable: Nahr El Bared has been blown from the face of the earth.
