I wouldn’t be surprised if that was someone wearing a Halloween mask. He doesn’t look right.
I haven’t been able to watch the entire video, but from what little I did see, he never moved his right hand. Perhaps the puppet string broke.

TAMPA -- Two Egyptian-born college students indicted on explosives charges will stay in jail at least another week while they find local attorneys to represent them in a bail hearing, a judge said Friday.
Sherif Mohamed, 24, and Youssef Samir Megahed, 21, appeared in a federal courtroom for a brief hearing after being brought back to Tampa from South Carolina on Thursday night.
"Both are substantial risks of flight and dangerous to the community,"prosecutor Jay Hoffer told U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Jenkins in arguing to keep them in jail. He did not elaborate.
He looks like putty.
