Thanks for the update from someone actually there. I show based upon the data below that there were 1300 votes. Does that sound correct to you? I've not actually searched for a formal posting from the Party site.

That’s about right. Add in the guests, special interest groups, candidates and the Paulers who didn’t have credentials. And I believe the vote count fairly reflected the people there.

I do wonder how many bought their credentials, but I can’t imagine many of the people who earned the right to be delegates selling, can you?
