If a donation is illegal, the campaign must return it to the donor. On three occasions, Peter Paul has demanded that Hillary return the money. The first was in July of 2001 with a messenger delivered demand letter to her office. The second was last October when two FReepers delivered the demand and got it on film. The third was a few days by facsimile to 9 of Hillary's 10 offices.
