I am not defending the lying pervert(agreed). I am saying the man didn't break the law.....(although if they carried through with their little dance, he most likely would have.)
What law did he break? Do you want to get arrested on suspicion of what you might do? If I'm at a bar, a cop sees me grab my keys and I am acting drunk.....can he arrest me as soon as I get to the door?
