Muslim groups have said the release of the photographs amounted to profiling because the men could be perceived as Middle Eastern.

Perceived? What a joke. Anyone with eyesight can tell that they are Middle Easteners. Let CAIR call it what they want. We shouldn't be listening to terrorists.

They could be hispanic just as easily.

Bottom line, it was not their race, but their BEHAVIOR that caused the pictures to be taken and distributed.
