my 1998 saturn cost me 5,000.00 in 2003. paid for and still going strong.A couple of weeks ago I finally parted with my 1997 Saturn.
It had over 460,000 miles on it.
That was mostly highway mileage on weekdays, but included much thrashing over logging roads on weekends.

I was talking to my salesman who sold me my first saturn. he told me that there is a security company that has saturns with 700,000 miles on them. The cars go in like clockwork to get their oil changes.
Sounds like I might have my saturn for a long time.
