I'm being the best Christian I can be, and I'll not take your blame for the choices other people make. I think Red is saying that collectively, the Church has lost its moral authority in modern society - the "salt has lost its savor." This is true: divorce rates in the Church have reached epidemic levels and mirrors the rate among non-christians; in our lifestyles, we, collectively, are virtually indistinguishable from the world. The fact that many Christians can't see this is further proof of our spiritual impotence.

Sorry, I'm not a communist so I don't buy this "collectively" crap. Every individual is responsible for his or her own actions and if I'm right with my God (as I try to be) then what other people choose to do cannot be blamed on me.
