Big city school systems, like other aspects of government, are generally run by Democrats. I used to think Republicans, who run everything here in Union, were less corrupt than Democrats, but now I know better. However, they do seem to be more competent!

I think Republicans tend to be more loyal to those who purchased them. The Dems will turn on a dime for more $$
