Does this mean the ATF can roust you off to the slammer for smoking “in public”?

Go the Ohio Department of Health’s website and read the law. If a person goes to the underground parking garage of the building that I work in and has a cigarette, the building could be fined, the company you work for in that building can be fined, you can be fined, and you can lose your job. This is SERIOUS, SERIOUS stuff, folks.
Normally they prefer just rake your house with gunfire and then burn it to the ground with you in it.
