No, he won’t announce today — at 4:30 today he will announce the coming announcement next week — Jim Geraghty just confirmed with Team Thompson.
This strikes me as semantics though, unless I’m missing something. Announcing that I will be announcing that I am getting in is basically the announcement, minus the fanfair.
