A native Texan spent the night in the Arlington Jail, missed her children's first day of school and feared being deported after authorities mistook her for an illegal immigrant.
Alicia Rodriguez, an accountant and mother of three, has the same name and date of birth as a woman deported to Mexico three times.
"I was told I was waiting for an [immigration] officer or Border Patrol officer to interview me and then move me to another location. It was very scary," the Mansfield woman said.
Arlington and federal immigration officials say they made a mistake and apologized.
"This is very unusual," Arlington police spokeswoman Christy Gilfour said "We're not aware of this having happened before. We do realize that this is unfortunate, and we do regret that we made an error."
Gilfour said police overlooked fingerprints that would have shown Rodriguez was not the illegal immigrant.
Rodriguez said she does not plan to sue, but apologies do not make up for what she was put through.
"I think it's ridiculous. I think it was obvious that I wasn't an illegal immigrant," she said.

Not necessarily. I teach ESL and my students are primarily illegal. But they love America and want to learn the language. I suspect they will have English nailed a long time before they get their immigration status in order.
American citizens are losing their savings/homes/futures......while freeloading illegal invaders own homes in the countries they emanate from, have cash in the bank, and are riding the US gravy train, sponging-off hardworking US citizens.
Stop the illegals looting and pillaging our govt now.

Rodriguez is probably collecting multiple UI and Workman's Comp checks, SS# retirement checks under several names, her son kids SSI checks (they all use the ADD scam).
Maybe getting several $3500 EITC tax refunds under different ID's, and multiple welfare checks under different names. PLUS the bundle Rodriguez she and her amigos made carrying drugs into the US for the cartel.

We know illegal invaders are sending as much as $50 billion US dollars per year back to their home countries. The money is gained from illegal employment....and for all we know....from SS fraud, drug deals, tax evasion, ID theft, and other criminal activities.
Who in these foreign countries is getting a cut of the $50 billion?
It would be easy for the US government to trace monies from the point of departure at Western Union to determine whether WU is aiding in the hiding and conversion and transmission of the invaders illegal cash to legitimate funds (a crime)............and who, on the other end, is receiving the monies.
ALL international WU money transfers need to be filtered and siezed as necessary to discern the money trail from the invaders on US soil, to Mexico, and Central and South American governments.
Western Union may be helping Rodriguez launder, then convert drug money to pesos to send to Acapulco where Rodriguez is buying several luxury condos.

This should also be examined: Friend said she was in Wal-Mart service center when she saw a latina woman pull out about $5000 cash in 20 dollar bills (from drug deals?). The latina then filled out a form to transmit the cash to Mexico.
Not sure if Wal-Mart itself (with its worldwide connections) converts and transmits US money to Mexico and Central and So/America........or if Wal-Mart uses Western Union.
New twist to the old theme that rounding up WANTED ILLEGALS IS HARMFUL!
So, next time check fingerprints, then arrest and deport!
Perdone nos señora. Somos equivocados.
I don’t like illegal immigration either. And I really don’t understand all of it. I’ve had a number of students who came here after Hurricane Mitch destroyed their country and then-President Clinton basically opened our doors to them. There was no reason for them to come in illegally. They just didn’t get the paperwork. Now, years later, they can’t apply for citizenship, which they could have done had they just gotten their paperwork done before they came. I don’t get it. And most of them are the kind of workers we do want here.

She may mean that she has no Spanish accent.
You know, I know a young handsome young man with glossy black hair and dark eyes and aquiline nose...he’s of Cherokee descent and has been stopped in airports a time or two because when he’s tanned he could look a little Middle Eastern. He didn’t gripe, rather he thanked the personnel for their vigilance.
Texas give drivers licenses to illegals?
“Alicia Rodriguez, an accountant and mother of three, has the same
name and date of birth as a woman deported to Mexico three times. “
And the same Social Security number?
As the ILLEGAL probably has hijacked that as well as part of identity theft.
So do a lot of illegal aliens, many have lived and been educated almost entirely in the US.
the ones that bother me most rare those that refuse to learn English, expect interpreters for their needs especially when they are arrested for something, and demand rights. I really hate that everywhere I call I have to listen to press one for english.
