I am running for president to restore the rule of law and to stand up for our divinely inspired Constitution. I have never voted for legislation that is not specifically authorized by the Constitution. As president, I will never sign a piece of legislation, nor use the power of the executive, in a manner inconsistent with the limitations that the founders envisioned.

Citations, please. I've been following Paul's writing, speeches, and votes for nearly 20 years, and can't think of a single instance. I'd be interested in where it has "been proven false time after time". While you're at it, can you propose a politician that has a better record of Constitutional Constructionism? Whoever it is certainly isn't running for President this time.
