If you will do even a small amount of research and learn some of the basics of Paul v Clinton, we can have a discussion. Right now, you are in way over your head.
Verbal means communicated in the form of words. I guess you probably got a pretty low score on that section on the SAT.
Just like Paula Jones, I believe that Paul is not a savory character. The mere fact that he may be a good informant does not make him a good person.
