Other Dems are also talked about.

Perhaps, instead, there are certain Dems that are the face of the U.S. Senate.

Democrats like to point the finger at Republicans who they say fell from family values after running on it.

Isn't there something about pulling the beam from your own eye before trying to pull the mote from someone elses eye? I would say that the Democrats have a beam to pull from their own eye first.

But they respond by saying that they don't run on family values. Bull. One in particular said that he was "...raised to believe in...family values..." Who? Bill Clinton. Link below.

If Democrats will not say anything about Bill Clinton they they are hypocrites if they blast Craig or the Republican party for falls from family values.

BTW, it seems that there is an attempt being made to try and demoralize/keep values-driven Christians from coming to the polls.

Christians should remember that Larry Craig does not represent the Republican Party.

Yet libs and the MSM will probably try to smear the entire Republican Party with this and any other potential things like this in the future.

As I recall, Bill Clinton specifically ran on family values.

Putting aside the usual politics, our whole society is awash in sex and corruption. The Clinton defense was "everyone lies about sex." What more needs to be said? Of course a large portion of the Congress is corrupt and immoral. Politicians are liars by nature.

Not just them.

I've already seen countless comments on FR saying the whole GOP is corrupt.

Larry Craig should resign.

Republicans turn on their own "perverts". Conservatives usually preach, and practice, morality. And, enforce it.

Demoncrats, on the other hand, are clearly the immorality party. The party of hypocrisy, opportunism and hegemony.

No clearer difference can be seen than the results of political scandals affecting members of the two major parties. Republicans cast out their own sinners; Demoncrats embrace theirs.

Given the amount of self-idenitified Republicans on freerepublic threads about Larry Craig who rant about homosexuals and yet display a curious, curious knowledge and fascination about their practices and pick up techniques and such, the Republicans could have a big closeted gay “problem.”

Should Inouye, Cantwell and Frank also resign?

The republicans are not nimble enough to call the dems out.

The dems are NOT criticizing what Larry Craig did. By complaining about him being a "hypocrite" they are acknowledging that THEY are the party of sex in public bathrooms. They are acknowledging that the republican party espouses morals. Otherwise, the charge of "hypocrisy" against republicans would be meaningless.

The only way not to be a "hypocrite" if caught in immoral behavior, is to have been an immoral Godless pervert in the first place, and to have been perfectly honest about it. In other words, a democrat (except for the perfectly honest part).

If that is the case (which it isn’t here) then perhaps Dems on other boards who talk about homosexuals, their issues and embrace them are coming out of the closet.

It’s not an issue of “should” they have resigned - republicans failed to do anything about it. Showing how spineless they are - afraid to criticize democrat perverts, and afraid to defend their own.

You missed the point.

If you say that Larry Craig should resign, then you must also say that Frank, Cantwell, and Inouye must resign, too.

Republicans cast out their own sinners; Democrats embrace theirs.

And Jesus said he who is without sin, cast the first stone. Democrats don't embrace their sinners, they excuse them. Republicans don't cast out their sinners, they throw them over board lest they get tarred with the same brush. I think, between the two, at least I can admire the Dems' loyalty and courage in not abandoning or kicking their own when they are down.

Yes, and don’t you remember the photo opp of Bill Clinton walking down the church stairs after a Sunday service with the huge 23pound Bible? In reality, I think that Bible was as useful to Bill as teats on a boar.

Jesus: He who is without sin, cast the first stone.

Why then do Dems cast stones at Reps who they say fell from family values? Why do they hypocritically then turn around and ignore that Bill Clinton apparently fell from family values?

And why have Dems not first pulled the beam from their own eye?

“Christians should remember that Larry Craig does not represent the Republican Party.”

err, so he isn’t really a Republican Senator? LOL!

And one need not be a Christian to view a man soliciting sex in a public bathroom as repugnant.

I am not familiar with his voting record, is he a RINO?
Political affiliations aside, he is unfit to serve as a US Senator.
And so is Kennedy, Clinton, Murtha, Kerry etc.

Since there seems to be no mechanism to impeach Senators,
term limits appear to be the only rational way to effectively deal with dishonorable politicians. IMHO.

“I’ve already seen countless comments on FR saying the whole GOP is corrupt”

If it walks like a duck.

Both parties are corrupt beyond belief.

This government is no longer for and by the people.

This is a government for and by the corporate/foreign lobbyist. corruption, greed, power hungry.
