Hillary, Hsu and the Paws . . . (New info)
Sean Robins | August 29, 2007 | Sean Robins

From public real eastate records, here is the story on the little lime green bungalow of the Paw Family, who have given over $200,000 in total over the past several years to various Democrat candidates, committees etc.

As we all now have heard, major Hillary donor, and HillRaiser, William Hsu, has emerged as perhaps having given tons more cash than the law allows, through the use of what is being alleged to be "straw men" in the form of the Paw Family, residents of a little lime green bungalow in Daly City, California, in the flight path of San Francisco International Airport.

No doubt the Paws can affort a couple hundred grand of political contributions on their own. Eh? Especially in a house where the residents rarely if ever even vote, and are not registered Democrat?

Makes sense to me.

Here is what has emerged from the public records concerning the lime green bungalow at 41 Shelbourne Avenue, Daly City, California:

The house was originally purchased in September, 1989, by William, Alice and Winkle Paw, for $38,000.

On July 12, 2001, in a "intra-family transaction," the house was sold to William and Alice Paw - and a mortgage was obtained for $250,000.

Another new mortgage was recorded on the property on July 22, 2003, in the amount of $270,000 - a 15-year mortgage, which comes due in 2018.

The house currently has an assessed value of $293,040.

"41" was built in 1959, has 7 rooms, including 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a one car garage, central heat and air, and is 1280 square feet. The lot size is 3400 square feet.

- - - - -

Does anyone think the Paw-Hsu connection is mere coincidence - or that the Paws have this kind of money to toss at the Dems?

Hsu has given $34,000 as a director of “Because” over the last few years, plus about $42,500 as a director of “Next” and also $5000 under the name of “Cool Planets” plus contributions from “NBT” and “Components Ltd”.

Winkle Paw also contributed under the Name of “Next Components”

This appears to be a huge money laundering operation in plain sight.

Ok, we knew about the refi in 2003...just months before the donations suddenly started. But the ‘inter-family” transaction in 2001 is interesting. Based on what you posted from records, William and Alice AND the son, Winkle, bought the house together in 1989. The WSJ reports that Winkle is now 36. So he was 17 or 18 years old when he bought this house with his parents for $38K.

Since the buyers are listed as William and Alice, presumably Winkle was the seller. He sells out to his parents in 2001 for $250K. So you’ve got a teenager running around with a quarter of a mil.

Easy pickins.

The WSJ reported that Norman Hsu once used the Paw’s home address, but they don’t say when. My guess is that Hsu originally sold the house to the Paws in 1989. We know he pled guilty to fraud in 1991 and skipped to NY. Possible: by 2001, he was strapped for cash. So he cooks up this idea for the hard-working but gullible Paws to cash out the paper equity in their modest home and help launch son Winkle on the road to the American Dream.

The details of the transaction are way over Ma and Pa Paw’s heads, but they trust the nice and hugely important Mr. Hsu (who’s now like an uncle to the kids) and he’s so generously offered to take Winkle under his wing and all. So they agree to bankroll Winkle’s startup (because the fabulously wealthy Hsu’s money is temporarily tied up in current deals but oh, yes, will definitely be available when the mortgae comes due...)

Ma and Pa Paw’s refi in 2003 is almost exactly two years to the date of the sale to son Winkle. Was this a balloon that came due? Did Hsu once again advise the Paws?

The disrepair of the Paw house and yard tells me these people have no illusion of having any money of their own. The 64-year old father gets up every day and does a mail route, for crying out loud.

I’d wager Ma and Pa have no clue what’s really gone down. Winkle surely does by now, though. So he’s sticking with the plan either in an effort to make it right for his parents before the money laundering operation is discovered, or he’s decided the life of a con beats the hell out of dragging a mailbag around for 40 years.

Just musing.

violent nausea and retching...... “Speak Truth to Power”?????

What a fraudulent organization — when did they ever stand up to corruption, demagoguery, and depravity of the ‘RATs?? Of course not, because groups like “Speak Truth to Power” are merely left-wing hack fests.....

My my, look at the corrupt Clintons cheerily hanging out with Mr. Hsu, the man of many bogus front companies and dubious political donations. Sure hope this will be the scandal that finally brings down the Hildebeast!

I understand the house may be worth far more than seems possible to many of us. I understand that huge mortgages have been made on such houses, particularly in California. What I don’t understand is how a mailman can make mortgage payments on such a loan, or how he can expect to make a balloon payment on such a loan. Furthermore, why would he jeopardize his home and possibly his job by funneling illegal campaign contributions when it appears he doesn’t vote regularly and doesn’t belong to a particular political party? I think there is a lot more money, or something else of great value, in this situation than the mortgage that supposedly provided tons of money to Clinton.

Since they boughit in 1989, Prop 13 would keep their taxes low, close to the price for which they bought it.

You're so right. The simple, logical explanation for all of this is Hsu is the Chicoms' money conduit for many straw men, like the Paws, through whom money is channeled to the Witch's campaign, with the Chicom government knowing where all the bodies are buried. If she's elected President, we'll have a Chicom President.

The money's source: IMHO, THE CHICOM GOVERNMENT.
