Let's ostracise, and denigrate all Paul supporters. Then we can go after the Libertarians, and any that didn't vote for Bush. Let's clean this place up.

The Republicans leave the libertarians standing outside the tent in the rain. And then once every two years, they come out of the tent, punch the libertarians in the face, and demand a vote.

If the libertarian vote is meaningless and libertarians are nothing but kooks, why do Republicans feel entitled to that vote?

It's embarrasing and wrong. I'm reminded of something President Reagan said:
"A political party is a mechanical structure created to further a cause. The cause, not the mechanism, brings and holds the members together"
