There is so much wrong here I don’t know where to begin. But to find just one point, it does seem interesting that she cared so much what other people think that she got rid of her daughters father. This is why I hated the movie Tootsie. Its like the women fired the husband. Husband is not a job. You don’t fire your wife for not house cleaning. You sit down and figure out how the cleaning will get done.
It does not seem to bother this lady that the man who is taking her daughter to the park is not her father. I think she is a terribly selfish women who reads to many magazines and bad TV.

Especially with that a-hole Robin Williams who, in real life, dumped his children's mother to marry their nanny. What else can one expect from a Hollyweird nut, whose talent has never been evident to me....
