Oh puhlease! these are not widows and orphans or the downtrodden . They are the most violent, predatory wolves we have in our society. Your attitude incidates that you are the type to treat people as you decide that they deserve. Nice. That's what the road rage freaks do. Or Hillary. It is no big deal for most people to be decent towards widows, orphans, and the downtrodden.

This doctor used his position of trust to stick it to low lifes because he believed that the thug(s) deserved it.
