We went to Mass with the Bishop at the Cathedral today. Kind of a low-rent Cathedral - nice stained-glass windows, but the rest of the place was small and ordinary. It didn’t even have baroque frou-frou like the cathedral in Tulsa. Catholic in the South ... built in 1939.
We drew some puzzled glances, what with Anoreth’s magenta hair and evangelical AMEN!’s, and James’s sunglasses and Pat’s number-beeber. Oh, well.
