I know what Craig is trying to do. Despite all evidence making it very clear what happened and what he was doing, he thinks he can just say up is down and enough gullibles will latch on and start spinning away until the substance of what happened gets lost in “what ifs” that would make him qualified for sainthood.

After reading through available material, reports and what was provided by JH, it seems clear the suspect was attempting to get through this little event by just going along, pleading it down, not informing anyone, and hoping no one would notice. None of this is a sign of an innocent individual.

Having said that, I must say, based on his actions, it's hard to believe this individual is a state senator, as his conduct and his actions are not those exhibited by a credible, sincere, innocent person.

I've become cynical. I don't even find it hard to believe this of the characters of those serving in our higher offices. Not after Clinton.

The moment they stated bathroom, arrest, and Senator Craig I knew what was coming, and all evidence since has backed that assumption up.

He’s not a state senator...he’s the senior US Senator from Idaho.
