Hell...I think BMW has a stronger case to go after Toyota...for stealing the rear trunk and rear end style.
Of course we all thought the early 7 Series was fugly....then the 5 Series adopted it. Now both the Camray and the Hyundai have 'borrowed' it.

Yes, they all pretty much look alike these days. So I’m not sure why he’d single out the Chinese.
