A 10% decrease in renters and home owners = 10% more affordable housing for the rest of us
All the liberals demand more affordable housing for the poor ... and the houses and rentals being opened up are at the lower end of the spectrum. Decrease welfare roles and have more money to micromanage, decrease bilingual demands to free up more money for citizens on the dole, AND more affordable housing for those who need it.
