You think anyone would convict a man because he tapped his feet and spread his feet in the bathroom?

So touching the shoe of the neighboring occupant is perfectly okay? Hand waving under the stall is normal behavior? Peering through the crack in the door for two minutes is perfectly acceptable? If after reading the police report one doesn’t conclude at least bad behavior then I guess the standards have changed over the years.
Personally I think most men would be at least ill at ease being the target of that behavior.

Also I don’t think Craig leads a gay lifestyle. He’s probably a closet case and his only outlet is cruising toilets. As I understand it this is often the case with closeted individuals who will not or can not come to terms with their sexuality. They lead perfectly normal lives except for cruising toilets and porn shop booths.

One of Craig’s favorite haunts I understand also includes Grand Central Station. Wait a bit...more to come I’m sure.

Isn’t the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis next year?

Stay out of the bathrooms, folks!

based on what? Your gut? Your post is good because it illustrates again why we don't live in a direct democracy (mob rule) and have a representative republic.

I'm not sure about what happened and neither are you. But one possibility is that he is not gay. We already know he was standing outside the stall for 2 minutes. Its in the police report and many missed it. He waited for someone in the stall adjacent the officer to leave and then went in. Hmmm? What an interesting idea. The stalls may have been full and he was just waiting for a shot at one. Who knows? Doubt goes to the Senator. There is very little "evidence" here.
