That link and tex in that window will tell you everything you need to know, and of course you’ll see why disregarding the term SPP or any others does not stop the existing and long-standing OAS Treaties. Take a few and absorb that. Note the Specialized Intities at the bottom. You’ll see EVERYTHING you need to combine and provide services. It’ll nearly be seamless when they finally just erase the map-lines, as the programs are moving right along as we speak...literally.
