It’s highly likely that only “the best” will be placed in trucks for the next month or longer....and then, once there’s no break downs in trucks, or drunken driving, the crap trucks will start coming in, along with drunks.

I think Bush really does want to sigh up to Kyoto he just can't come right out and say it. I was reading at the White House site and I can't tell Bush from the envirowackos. They both talk the same.
