A little sidebar material: Robins AFB is the largest employer in Warner Robins, so it’s fairly likely at least some of these kids have parents, other relatives, friends and neighbors who are serving. I’ll bet this game is a big hit with our servicemen overseas.

Robins AFB also has a big aviation museum, by some accounts the second- biggest in the USAF system, second only to Dayton. I need to set aside a day for that next time I’m in the vicinity.

In an unusual turn of events, the town or Warner Robins is actually named for the base.
