what the f##k does that mean...?
Never elect a dem for mayor again that is so ignorant he wanted to give the police and fire fighters R&R during the relief operations...
or "never again" elect a democrat governor that holds off federal help in order for Republicans and FEMA to look bad..
or "never again" flush the New Orleans toilet that sends hordes of nipple people to wreak havoc demanding their welfare checks and other crap they get from the Louisiana state governor.
or how about never again letting the African American community to descend into the hell of poverty pimp, illegitimate children, worship of the "thug", inability to self motivate and otherwise shackle themselves to the man who can throw out some small seeds in order to feed them.
Pathetic...
How about never again thinking that Michael Vick, Michael Jordan, OJ Simpson, Alcee Hastings, Ray Nagin, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson are leaders when Condoleeza Rice, Benjamin O. Davis, Jr., Pfc. Ralph H. Johnson and their "kind" are relegated to "Uncle Tom" status and their exemplary lives and the way they were raised is unknown to African Americans.
New Orleans failed New Orleans. Continues to do so. They are shooting one another every day. APPALLING.

“In theory, it is to endow BHO with supernatural power from God, to win public office.”
If I understand this right, even the folks at this church don’t think Obama can win? Wow, what a “revelation(s)”, pun intended.
“Of course there was a design failure: there was no money!”
Why didn’t LT.General Strock tell a Senate committee that? This has to do with how the levees were originally designed and built by the Corps of Engineers, not the maintenance of them after the fact.
“Lt. Gen. Carl Strock told a Senate committee that the corps neglected to consider the possibility that flood walls atop the 17th Street Canal levee would lurch away from their footings under significant water pressure and eat away at the earthen barriers below.
“We did not account for that occurring,” Strock said after the Senate Appropriations subcommittee hearing. “It could be called a design failure.”
“We have now concluded we had problems with the design of the structure,” Strock told members of the subcommittee that finances corps operations. “We had hoped that wasn’t the case, but we recognize it is the reality.”
Experts from the National Science Foundation, the external review panel for the corps, said potential problems have been known for some time. They cited a 1986 corps study that warned of just such separations in the flood walls.
But Strock told the panel that the corps was unaware of the potential hazard before Aug. 29, when Hurricane Katrina drove a massive surge of water against New Orleans’ storm-protection system. He said the corps is evaluating all the levees to see whether they, too, could fail in the same way.
