This is a very badly-worded law. I would absolutely be in favor of a law preventing peeping, but the way this thing was written, it becomes an unenforceable thought-crime-style law. I was about to blast Stallone for defending peeping, then I read the article closer -- and this law is a huge pile of CRAP.

The ACLU is right on this one.

Gonna have to agree with you guys here. Thoughtcrimes bills are never the answer.

The answer is something closer to paying large men to do physical violence to these pervs, then looking the other way.
