There are startling scenes in "Restless Virgins" that are bound to -- and meant to -- shock readers. Three hockey players in a girl's bedroom. Clothes come off. Two of the guys hook up with the girl while the third watches and gives instructions.
Another scene: a girl performing oral sex on a guy in a campus chapel.
And another: "The three of them went at it for 15 minutes. . . . On the way home, Brady let Quinn take a turn with Emma in the back seat, then pulled over so the boys could switch places again." To the hockey players, "group sex acts were just like showering together after practice."
The teenagers were students at prestigious Milton Academy, alma mater to Kennedys and Rockefellers, T.S. Eliot and Governor Deval Patrick. The book, filled with such steamy scenarios, leaves the impression that many students at the highly selective prep school spend much of their time either engaging in casual sex or trying to.
It will no doubt create a stir on a campus that in the past two years has weathered a sex scandal, a controversial attempt to close its lower school, and the abrupt resignation of its head of school. Due out next week, the book takes seven pseudonymous seniors from the Class of 2005 and delves into the most personal corners of their lives.

Is Nice! How much?
This is just so unfortunate. Milton Academy use to be a all boys school and then the girls came aboard.
Really sad that the woman brought them down.
Write a book on sex and you are guaranteed it will sell. So what else is new?
Same thing happened when my all boys Catholic school went coed.
This is so true about alot of private schools that were boys only and decided to expand the market to girls. Girls today are not girls from even 10 years ago.
Five former Milton Academy students charged with statutory rape must undergo counseling, complete 100 hours of community service, and serve at least two years of probation for their alleged roles in an oral sex session with a 15-year-old sophomore girl in a boys' locker room at the prestigious academy.
Quincy District Court Judge Mark S. Coven approved a deal yesterday allowing 18-year-old Pasko Skarica, 17-year-old Alex Casiano, and 17-year-old Jay Driscoll to delay trial on the rape charges until May 2007, at which time the charges will be dismissed and their records cleared if they don't get into any more trouble. The teenagers pleaded not guilty, but agreed to serve pretrial probation.
Two 16-year-old boys charged as juveniles secured the same deal in a separate closed court session, but the probation will last until their 18th birthdays, according to Milton Academy officials.
The parents of the 15-year-old girl sat quietly, almost without expression, in the front row of the courtroom as Skarica, Casiano, and Driscoll read letters of apology they had written, also part of the agreement.
Did the women bring them down, or did they go down? (The women, that is.)
The 15-year-old sophomore girl who allegedly engaged in oral sex with five varsity hockey players in January was back in class after being placed on leave. She was fitting in relatively well, students say. Friends of the male students involved had stopped wearing black to protest their expulsion from school.
Some students said the controversy is wearing them down.
Unless I am mistaken, the incidence of oral sex among minors shot up during and after the Monica scandal. And surveys indicate that “it’s not really sex” is, among students at the typical Lord of the Flies Middle School, possibly the best-known and most-quoted specimen of Presidential wisdom in modern time.
There were and will be many after shocks of Bubba Clinton for decades yet.
His repeated lying to a federal judge under oath...and “ No legal controlling authority “ from his VP...will encourage many weak minds to try to do the same.

OMG, teenagers having sex. That’s never happened before.
Man, I went to the wrong school. Or the right school in the wrong decade. Oh, well.
