This announcement is a lot of B.S. What they're simply trying to do here is pass off the responsibility for this perp to the Feds.

While this would be fine, it really obscures a much bigger issue in this particular case. Why was this f#%&er -- who as an illegal alien WAS A TEXTBOOK CASE OF A "FLIGHT RISK" -- out on bail in the first place?

The prosecutor and/or judge in the previous case need to be fired, and then prosecuted on three counts criminally negligent homicide.
