I find your statements very accurate, it would please me to see other departments cleaned out and fresh people come in.

Tha administrative levels in the CIA,State, and other departments fill up with liberals and career leftists. Conservatives are uch more likely to go into business. It is Liberals who like well paid sinecures. They don’t feel that they are “working” for money there. It is awarded to them as their just due because they are simply superior people. They do their tasks because they believe it is they who must keep the government operating and they get some satisfaction from that.
