So the people who are getting $27,000,000.00 say it’s worth it?
Good.

despite conflicting views on whether the elusive bird even exists. Good, maybe they can find those damn snipes while they're at it.

I’ve got many woodpeckers in my yard. Can I get some federal cash to study them?

You know this is a real Sin against our Gov, when HUMAN’S are losing their homes, paying outragous gas prices, abortion is still legal. oh btw has John Edwards been asked about his investment thingy that is foreclosing on people. And he’s talking about a BIGGER AND BETTER drug program.
I don’t want any a-hole from congress to compain about treatment for the poor. Not when they do something like this.

"...despite conflicting views on whether the elusive bird even exists."LOL! I'll have to file a request for $50M to study the N Pole, else Santa could fall in and drown if the ice melts and the kids won't get anything for Christmas.
