Religion today is a far cry from what it was prior to the sixties. Until then, most people went to church regularly, celebrated CHRISTmas, Easter, and all the other Holy days. Todays media would crap their pants if today’s Christians were like they once were. Even democratic Christians back then would be considered right wing religious nuts today.

Global Warming everywhere!

“”Rich Cizik of the National Association of Evangelicals, who claimed, absurdly, that that his fellow conservative Christians reject global warming because they reject science itself out of fear of evolution.””

LOL. I wonder how many “appreciative donations” were given by the carbon traders to this organization.

There has to be a special blessing for those who keep their faith in a world that’s going to hell.

I certainly agree! 50 years ago, God was everywhere. Christians are no more Christian today than they were in the past. It's just that those who are not Christians are more "not Christians" today, if you know what I mean.

LOL!!! How about the Empire theme from Star Wars?? Maybe the theme from Halloween or The Shining?? There are many theme songs from movies that CNN could use to add "narrative" when discussing Christians.

I don’t know why people like Annapour are so afraid of religion and God. When they die, they will meet their maker who has been their all of the time despite their nonsense.

Jesus did say that wide the road leading to hell, and narrow the way leading to heaven, and few find it.

OMG, that sounds so judgemental and scary! Jesus sounds like a real intolerant hatemonger. Someone warn CNN.

I saw it. The scenes of the Battle Cry kids in San Fransisco being hounded by the fringe lib protesters were scary. Here’s all these clean cut kids praying and they are surrounded by hundreds of total freak screaming in a blind rage on bullhorns and playing wierd music while they all pranced around cursing and dancing in kabuki makeup and costumes. It was surreal. I kept waiting for one of the lib protesters to pull out a a rope and yell, “Let’s lynch em”. They were that scary. Those kids now know what it was like for a lot of early Christians when they walked down certain sections of Rome in the first century.
