He may have been in the flow of traffic which on stretches of 101 can be well over 70.. but I agree, what a doofus anyway ya cut it..
On Hwy 101 between Cloverdale and Windsor (going both directions), which is where this occured, there are several speed traps. If he was a local, like I am, he should have known that.
