I find myself wondering what the cartel regretted the loss of more...the drugs or the submarine?...Obviously 352 million will cover a lot of ship, but can it be all that easy to acquire “replacement” subs “on the down low”?

Good question, but the product is probably easier to replace then the sub. Who knows, though, it could be a diversion for the real 50 ton shipment. When you are talking that kind of money, you probably have some smart people working on the process.
