Yes. I was going to specify that, but I believe that that is the stuff that "takes care of itself". I lurked here for almost three years, logging in multiple times each day, watching the Clinton Presidency implode before my very eyes. I remember commenting to my kids in the summer of '98 that we were watching the minute-by-minute disintegration of a presidency. By the time I started to post, I definitely had a clue.
