Besides all that, our mortgage broker and real estate agent kept confirming what we wanted to believe: nothing to worry about.

And the appliance store guy forced him to buy a flat screen TV, and the travel agent forced them to take a nice, expensive vacation, and the pet store clerk forced them to buy a dog and hire a walker for him..... What a spoiled brat. The guy can't even walk his own dog.

hate to tell these idiots but many of us including my husband and myself were happy to be paying 10% interest not all that long ago....okay, maybe like 18yrs ago.....when we got a 7% interest rate on our new house, we felt rich, rich, rich.....

and, I just love the poor me doctor/lawyer whine stories.....
