Indirectly you are buying their crap, if you purchase Chinese grown garlic. The woman in that picture is putting crap on her garlic crop. The Chinese raise 75% of the worlds garlic. Buy US raised garlic.

My wife bought some fruit in glass jars from Dollar Tree or one of those dollar stores. There was a jar of peach halves and one of pear halves in some sort of liquid. The fruit looked good, although I thought it was odd that it was packaged in glass. Then I read the label which said Made in China. I told her we were not going to eat the stuff.

Garlic can be grown in your home garden, even in the northern states.

I’ll bet it even acts as a pest repellent.

Yes! I have Christopher Ranch garlic in my fridge. I’ll never go back to buying the bulk garlic, there is no country of origin on that garlic.
