Once someone starts talking about making real $$$, I have a feeling that Treaty will be “modified”. Politicians and diplomats have a well-known weakness for the almighty dollar. Right now it's easy to blather platitudes, because relatively little money is to be made (communications satellites and the like). As soon as we're talking real big money, the pols and dips will be lined up with their hands out, ready to do whatever it takes to rework the Treaty.
