[[[[[[[[[Hugs]]]]]]]]]] hon...went to OC on Saturday and traffic was an absolute NIGHTMARE! First, an accident at the toll booths, then an accident at the end of the drawbridge. Beautiful day there, nevertheless.

someone who has been known to eat his hot apple pie with shredded cheddar on top. Now, see that's how I was raised. Might be a southern thing. I learned that from my father eating sliced cheese on hot apple pie. Nope, not strange to me.

Kinda dreary day with lots of clouds and a slight mist going here. But, we are still low on the water tables.
I think I missed your answer regarding the volcano activity near you. Is it close to you? Can you see it?

Ouch! Sorry about the traffic thing. I wish Maryland/DC/Virginia would spend some of that Lottery money on building some bridges. Ain't no excuse of have one bridge across.
Hubby and I are going to be going down to Williamsburg at the end of Sept. Friend has a time share. No beach activity as we'll be doing the Old Town thing. I'm having hubby check to see if friend has a beach place.

Until the next exposure. Ours is an indoor dog, but we had some landscaping put in last April, so it was every time he went outside he’d get one or two.
I’ve even found one on the dog, or me, grabbed it, take it to the sink and hit it with the soap, and they die on contact with it. Rapid, but not practical to treat any large area.
Hmmm...haven’t seen any lately. Maybe the yard spray is why.

Southern, eh? Dad was raised in Mississippi, but I’m thinking I got it from Mom’s parents who were born and bred in Indiana and Ohio.
Either way, it’s a very good way to have your pie.
