Will do. BTW, i have been meaning to ask you a food question. What is the difference between ground round, ground chuck, and ground sirloin? Is it that some or just better cuts of meat?

In this case the name of the meat tells you what part of the animal the animal the meat came from.

You could get ground sirloin by cubing a sirloin steak and running it though a grinder or your food processor. You are paying for convenience even though they are mostly grinding the trimmings from that section.

Hamburger is made from the trimmings from many different portions of the animal and mixed with fat to get the desired proportion. (80%, 90%, 95% lean)
