Well yes, wouldn't you rather have a nice "family day" and take the wife(s) and kids to a public stoning, a beheading or two, followed up by the chopping off of limbs after a tough week of looting and burning, raping and pillaging?

Heck, limb chopping is fun for the kids as well, because they toss fingers, hands and feet into the crowd, and the kids all scramble to get a souvenir. Everyone gets to participate in the public stoning as well, after the Imam and offended family take their first tosses. Then afterwards, their is the candle light dancing in the blood of those who offended Allah.
