This isn't going to get better until large segments of the population pull their kids out of the govt. schools, and the more and the sooner, the better.

Defund the system, that'll bring about needed changes. Taking your kids out but leaving school districts with funds just gives them operational money to change laws so that you can't teach at home.

Free up the funds from school district control so that you have a choice of schools for your kids.

If public school is so great, let's fund it through Senior Year of college and eliminate private schools altogether.

Some can’t pull their kids out.

I know I couldn’t teach my own kids and give kudos to those who do. And I’m a teacher, lol. Mine attend Catholic grade school but in our parish, we have at least 11 kids leaving my 6th graders class to attend the public middle school and we’re not getting those who are disgusted with the public schools/homo agenda.

Many are disgusted with the high increases in tuition, we are but we’re still there for now, and many are disgusted that the catholic school is too liberal. It’s still better than the public schools, and we live in an area with excellent public schools.
