I don’t know what to say other than whoever is retired or reaching retirement age should think about moving to the Republic of Panama or elsewhere. I live in the Republic of Panama. (I was born here and am an American first and foremost.). Everything is so much cheaper than the USA except imported foods from the USA, which is just a little more expensive. Many MDs are US board certified. Medical attention for you and your pets are much, much cheaper here. Car insurance? Very cheap. Also, very few lawsuits…almost non-existent…Not like in the USA. It goes on and on.
One and one half years ago I almost never hear American English (or any other English accent) spoken in the supermarkets. Today, it is an everyday experience.
Just a thought. Get out of the USA. As much as I love my country, I just can’t stand seeing it being destroyed bit by bit.
