I think they mean blue-eyed white people are smarter than brown-eyed white people. Since nearly 100% of Asians have brown eyes and are vastly more intelligent, it couldn’t mean everyone.

COOL! Nice to know I’m not the only one with these unique eyes! My DH has blue eyes and we have a blue eyed son together. He always tells me he thought I had the most beautiful eyes when we met and so different. Most people just think I have blue eyes, but once you look closer you see the differences.
