Unfortunately there are many who abuse the handicap system which makes it more difficult for those who truly need it.
Exactly. I lost all respect for the system after the nth time I saw someone zip into a handicapped spot, put up the tag, jump out of the car and run into the mall. It's infuriating.
There’s a certain ethnic group in Los Angeles (and it’s not black or latino) that is notorious for virtually everyone having a handicapped tag. To their mind, apparently, you’re a chump if you don’t.
