She certainly is made up well in the picture on the right but she has had some major reworking done to her face.

Notice her ears are no longer visible. They are now at the 2 and 10 o'clock position.

She probably could have had a bit more work done but, if she had, she would have ended up with a goatee and a 'beauty mark' on each cheek. :=)
