Gregory got Timmy’s list of bad things about the war and is reading it to Karl.
Karl reminds him that the whole world thought Saddam had WMD and that included his generals.

Rove still doesn’t get it on immigration reform, i.e., the vast majority of Americans were against the Senate bill, and I was surprised to hear him not mention personal accounts in terms of SS reform. I didn’t know the WH favored a system of “progressive” benefit payments, which amount to means testing SS.
